My favorite electrolytes by far! The flavor is amazing and one packet goes a LONG way. I fill up my 32 oz water bottle and the flavor is still perfectly balanced. No bad aftertaste either. My kids seem to dehydrate easily and these get us through hiking, vacations, sports, pool days. Highly recommend.
